Skills

Besides web design? Over the last few years I've picked up a few skills that might be worth highlighting / bragging about if I've gotta sell myself.

• Diaper changing
• Resisting the urge to bikeshed (just kidding hahahahaha)
• Writing software in a variety of languages including but not limited to: Python, JavaScript, C++, C#, Java, Ruby, and Fortran
• Singing
• Speaking/Reading Mandarin Chinese quite fluently as well as speaking/reading Czech moderately well.
• Building and maintaining a variety of software systems e.g.: web applications, distributed systems, scientific computing applications, and quantum computing software.
• Working with a variety of software tools and frameworks including but not limited to: React, Node.js, Flask, Ruby on Rails, Drupal.
• I've been told my techniques for box mac-and-cheese put it above the grade.
• More recently I've been learning a lot about difficult conversations, conflict resolution, diving deep into technical debates to find solutions, and stuff like that. Man people are complicated.
